What to put on a commission sheet
- Tiers and prices — icon, half body, full body (or emote, model, overlay), with a starting price
- Turnaround — a realistic number of days per tier
- Add-ons — extra characters, backgrounds, alternate versions, rush fees
- Will / won’t draw — saves you from declining the same requests again and again
- Terms — commercial use, revisions, payment timing, refunds, posting and AI use
- How to order — where clients should reach you and how they pay
Pricing tips
Start from your hours × an hourly rate, then check what each platform takes. A $100 commission leaves different amounts on Ko-fi, VGen, PayPal or Etsy. Put the price you actually need to keep, not the price you hope to keep.
Working with Japanese clients
Bilingual sheets make it easier for Japanese clients to order from you. Switch “Sheet language” to Bilingual: section titles, terms and tags get Japanese automatically, and you can add Japanese to your tier names and descriptions.
Note for Skeb: Skeb’s rules don’t allow posting price lists or promising what a given price gets (e.g. “color and full body from ¥X”), so don’t use this sheet to advertise Skeb requests. Use it for direct commissions, VGen, Ko-fi and similar.
